About Patrick

Patrick Deane is a Songwriter and Composer based out of New York City. Writing in a variety of different styles for theatrical pieces, he is known best for composing The Shakespearean Jazz Show, which toured in Boston, New Orleans, and New York from 2012-2019. His most recent work was a commission by the Providence Art Club to write classical music for their galleries, and an album of original folk music, “The Twenties”. Patrick is currently pursuing his Master’s at BerkleeNYC in Writing for Musical Theatre and will graduate in summer of 2022.

Album Release at the legendary Power Station in NYC

Patrick’s album was released at a concert hosted by BerkleeNYC at the Power Station studio in New York City.

EP “The Twenties” Releasing on 11/9/21

Patrick’s first EP will be released this November, with a live-streamed performance from The Power Station at BerkleeNYC.

Accepted to BerkleeNYC for ‘21-’22

Patrick is pleased to announce that he will be attending Berklee College of Music’s New York City graduate program.

He will be getting his Master’s Degree in Writing and Design for Musical Theatre.
